I've been a full-time developer for more than 8 years now, but it has been a hobby of mine since my elementary school days with dial-up modems and Geocities.

I love the web. I love starting from a blank canvas or art board and turning it into something useful and beautiful for the entire world, or just a handful of people. I love designing something and then realizing I have no clue how to pull it off because I love the challenge and learning new things excites me. That's how I ended up adding NodeJS, Redis, and Socket.io into my toolbox in addition to PHP and MySQL.
